jewellery, except for defects or errors on our part, are not eligible
for exchange/return.
Exchange Process:
Contact us for
approval and provide your order number and exchange details.
Ship the original jewellery back to us (return shipping at your
expense).
Upon receiving the return, we will process the exchange
and ship the new item.
Return Process:
For a refund,
contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Ship the
jewellery back to us (return shipping at your expense).
After
inspection, we will process the refund to your original payment
method.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
Contact us within 48 hours for defective or incorrect items.
Provide photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
